ABOUT THE POSITION

Administrative Officer!
Job Summary:
As an Admin/HR Officer your responsibilities would encompass
managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes such as
recruitment, onboarding for diverse roles in the multimedia
industry, payroll, compensation and benefits, punctuality,
tardiness, and opening of accounts at Union Bank. You'd handle
employee records, facilitate communication between departments, and
ensure compliance with HR policies. Additionally, your role might
involve supporting or supervising multimedia projects and studio
activities such as photoshoots and client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

Supervise daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and
efficient work environment.

Supervise office supplies, equipment, inventory and facilities.
- Checks and for approval of all purchase request.
Human Resources Support:

In the recruitment process, including job postings, screening
resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training
programs.
Employee Relations:

Handle employee inquiries, issues, and concerns, providing
necessary support and guidance.

Assist in the resolution of employee conflicts or disputes.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health
insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Policy Implementation:

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance appraisal process, including

Event Coordination:

Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and

multimedia-related events.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.

resources roles, preferably in a multimedia or creative industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and HRIS.
- Knowledge of multimedia production processes is a plus.
