Job Summary:
The Creative Director is responsible for overseeing the creative,
vision, strategy, and execution across various projects and campaigns
within and organization. Their primary role is to lead and inspire a
team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia
specialist, to produce innovative and impactful work that aligns with
the brand's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:

Provide creative direction and guidance to the team.

Team Management:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design,
Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications is required.

Experience: Several years of experience in a creative role, with progressively increasing
responsibility and leadership experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including
campaigns, branding initiatives, digital marketing assets, and multimedia content.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with project management tools and
collaboration platforms.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the advertising, marketing, and design industry,
including current trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
