ABOUT THE POSITION

Job Summary:
The HR Associate is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. They ensure that HR policies are implemented effectively and contribute to maintaining a productive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.

Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant databases.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Process and manage documentation related to employee benefits, attendance, and leaves.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Performance Management:

Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.

Track employee performance metrics and provide reports to management.

Policy Compliance and Documentation:

Payroll and Benefits Coordination:

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in an HR role is an advantage but not required.
